This system is formulated to promote communication among DHF and chief person, field operators, ensure that actual processing period is uniform with all requirements and guides, guarantee that each team member will be notified to exercise the job accurately. DHF will formulate corresponding solutions for temporarily delayed process to prevent deferred construction period.

This system is formulated to promote communication between factory and client, timely report actual processing to clients. Once the clients have other requirements based on report of DHF Project Director, then the factory will modify process promptly. The aim of this system is to facilitate clients to understand product manfacturing better via DHF report.

Every morning DHF Project Director and chief person will confirm the whole day's schedule, then discuss with the workshop and field operators to remove difficulty or unreasonable arrangement in advance, so as not to affect the daily progress. 

Before half an hour off duty, DHF Project Director and chief person will assess the whole day's work, check whether the daily progress is smooth, adjust arrangement according to actual conditions and formulate solutions to ensure normal construction period.

DHF Project Director and chief person will convene the meeting with factory director and section directors to discuss working conditions during this week. All difficulties will be resolved by factory director and section directors. Then they will formulate corresponding solutions to make up the delayed process.

DHF Project Director will send the pictures and files, solutions, settled down conditions about product manufacturing troubles to clients. The clients may also be required to give instructions under special conditions.
