As received inquiry from client, DHF Project Dept. will confirm inquiry requirements (inc. technical requirements, inspection requirements, delivery period, transport mode, etc.)
DHF will convene technical conferene to analyze whether they can meet all requirements of clients and confirm the concrete solutions.
DHF will formulate transportation scheme including vehicle, ship, loading and shipment scheme, landway and maritime transportation route, transport time, etc.
DHF will calculate price and production priod based on specific technical requirements offerred by clients.
DHF will send the final quotation and price duration, EXCEL files inc. price list, construction table, technical instructions to reply the inquiry.
DHF will accompany with intension clients to take further technical coordination, confirm whether clients have other requirements or they are satisfied with solutions or not, then make the final technical confirmation.
After technical coordination, both DHF and clients will make business coordination to confirm payment term, check whether there is price viaration. Then they will make final price confirmation.
After technical and business coordination, both parties will sign the contract involved with final technical requirements, payment term and price, and strictly abide by the contract.
After contract signature, DHF will supervise the project team by appointing a Project Director (possesses multi-year Japanese supervision experience) to supervise the whole project quality and construction period. Supervision system can be referred to following chart.
After establishing the team, DHF Project Director will strictly supervise the product manufacturing based on technical requirements and construction period requirements, guide operators during supervision to improve efficiency and prevent troubles.
The joint middle inspection will be made intermediately during the manufacturing. Product quality and construction period will be assessed jointly by clients, DHF and factory. If there is any problem, DHF will formulate solutions promptly.
DHF Project Director will take test run according to product manufacturing to test whether the product is qualified. If there is any problem, DHF will formulate solutions promptly.
After product manufacturing, DHF will take finish inspection in all respects. DHF, clients and factory will assess product quality and check whether there is repair part.
After repair, DHF Project Director will take joint final inspection with factory, strictly inspect the product quality according to clients' requirements. Then DHF will send written report including pictures and texts to clients to ensure product quality.
After inspection, DHF Project Director will offer detailed inspection records (for example: raw material quality certificate, records of dimension inspection, welding, flaw detection, heat treatment, machine work, assembly, paint film thickness and package) to facilitate future equipment maintenance and repair.
After final inspection, DHF Project Director will strictly supervise the product painting process as clients required to ensure painting quality and prevent painting dropout.
After insolation package, DHF Project Director will strictly inspect all package bracket, box, rainproof, shock resistance and rope package to prevent transport damage caused by improper package.
At the same time insolation package DHF will confirm vehicle and ship arrangement from the coopearted transportation company to ensure accurate delivery and prevent time delay.
DHF will confirm weather and season (for example the port was closed because of icing, road close, make solution to ensure smooth and prompt transportation) in advance to confirm whether land transportation is smooth. DHF will check road and sea condition, typhoon disasters and formulate solutions to avoid danger.
DHF Project Director will strictly supervise the loading based on advanced loading scheme to avoid landway transportation damage.
DHF Project Director will strictly supervise the port entry, hoisting, shipping, delivery to avoid product damage so as to control real-time shipment conditions.
DHF will send B/L to client before product arrival at destination port. As the products are delivered to the port, DHF will assist clients to take delivery of goods
DHF will regularly take callback to understand the usage of products, clients' opinions on products. Once there is any problem, DHF will do his best to solve the troubles. For severe troubles within quality assurance period, DHF will compensate clients as contract specified, offer new product for free and appologize. If the product troubles are out of assurance period, DHF will coordinate with clients to remove troubles all along.
