DHF will appoint Project Director (possesses multi-year Japanese supervision experience) to discuss and make final confirmation on the equipment requirements, main technical keys and implementation scheme to prevent omission and misunderstanding manufacturing, equipment, raw materials and welding materials mistakes. He will explain implementation scheme to get client's recognition. DHF will reformulate the scheme to get client's satisfaction.

DHF will appoint Project Director (possesses multi-year Japanese supervision experience) to take software simulation manufacturing, so as to find drawing mistakes and prevent technical problems.

DHF Project Director (possesses multi-year Japanese supervision experience) will confirm raw materials (inc. material manufacturer, certificate, performance, trademark, size and quantity) to avoid raw material quality and quantity troubles, which will affect manufacturing progress.

DHF Project Director (possesses multi-year Japanese supervision experience) will confirm blanking scheme, blanking drawing and quantity, define their feasibility, dimensional tolerance to avoid blanking mistakes. Additionally he will define blanking equipment position and schedule, raw material stocking position, finished product workshop to prevent blanking delay, material requisition mistake and unordered placing of finished products.

DHF Project Director will confirm dimensions of blanking parts. The oversized or undersized parts will result in welding distortion even affect the whole machine work dimensions. 

Chamfer confirmation

DHF Project Director will check the chamfer to prevent oversized or undersized chamfer, which will affect welding quality and result in distortion. The crevasse refers to machine work chamfer herein. 

Riveting and welding confirmation

DHF Project Director, together with the principal and field operators, will check whether the riveting, welding requirements and scheme are feasible, whether the welding materials and trademark are qualified, whether the current and voltage is right, then confirm the riveting position, size and clearance to prevent oversized or undersized gap even severe distortion, constriction and failure welding, which will affect future manufacturing and construction progress. DHF will supervise the welding seam, check whether the welding seam mode, leg, welding quality and integral size are qualified. Or else DHF will immediately formulate modification scheme to prevent greater losses. 

Heat treatment

DHF Project Director will check whether the heat treatment process meets requirements jointly with technologists and field operators, strictly supervise the annealing temperature, holding time, tapping temperature, keep the heat treatment curve record to avoid troubles. 

Blasting and paint base

DHF Project Director will control blasting and paint base process to confirm whether the rust stains are removed completely, whether the paint base brand and thickness are qualified, so as to ensure painting quality and avoid painting dropout.  

Machine work confirmation

DHF Project Director will discuss with machine work principal and pratical operators to confirm specific requirements, affairs and processing scheme to ensure feasibility. Then he will check whether the baseline position is accurate, inspect the amendment certificate of machine work equipment, check whether the equipment precision is qualified. During machine work process, DHF Project Director will confirm whether the processing sizes are right, define the final integral dimensions and roughness and finally paint the rust preventative oil.

Before assembly, DHF Project Director will discuss with assembly principal and field operators to confirm whether the assembly requirements and scheme are feasible, then supervise the whole process to be qualified, so as to avoid strong damage parts during assembling.

DHF Project Director will formulate feasible and practical test run scheme with principal and field operators, control all requirements to be satisified, so as to ensure the safe and successful test run. 

Apperance painting confirmation

DHF Project Director will mark modified position and guide operators to amend it, discuss with painting principal and field operators to confirm painting requirements, formulate painting scheme to ensure painting thickness and quality, prevent painting dropout. 

Joint final inspection

DHF Project Director, factory principal and QC personnel will take joint final inspection with clients to satisfy their recognition. If necessary, DHF will modify unsatisfied solutions promptly.

After inspection, DHF Project Director will offer detailed inspection records (for example: raw material quality certificate, records of dimension inspection, welding, detection, heat treatment, machine work, assembly, paint film thickness and package) to facilitate future equipment maintenance and repair.

After insolation package, DHF Project Director will confirm package and transportation requirements jointly with packing principal and field operators, formulate packing and transporting scheme, ensure no damage of packing protective equipment and no device breakage, guarantee smooth transportation lines, prevent delayed construction period.

DHF Project Director will carefully supervise the manufacturing of casting pieces according to supervision flows, so as to ensure construction period and quality.

DHF Project Director, together with processing principal and field operators, will confirm machine work requirements and processing scheme. As the casting pieces manufacturing is different with others, the allowance is required to facilitate the Project Director to find out blowhole and other defects. So the director must guarantee the feasibility of processing scheme to ensure quality.

DHF Project Director will supervise the manufacturing of forged parts based on DHF forging flows to ensure construction period and quality.

DHF Project Director will properly determine the procurement schedule of other fittings and formulate procurement period with purchasing principal to ensure timely entry of other fittings, prevent procurement mistakes, which will affect integral construction period.
